EXPERIENCED BULLDOZER OPERATOR - KIESWETTER EXCAVATING
FULL TIME OPPERTUNITY - YEAR ROUND WORK - WELL MAINTAINED EQUIPMENT
Kieswetter Excavating has been building infrastructure in the Kitchener-Waterloo region for nearly 100 years. We are a family-owned heavy civil contractor with work across civil, concrete, and ICI divisions — and we're looking for an experienced operator who is ready to step in and get to work.
This is a hands-on, field-based role on active heavy civil project sites. If you know your machine, read terrain well, and communicate proactively with your crew, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Operate bulldozers on heavy civil, municipal, and ICI project site
• Execute rough and fine grading to grade stakes and GPS/laser guidance
• Strip topsoil, prepare sub-grades, and manage material handling on site
• Complete daily pre- and post-trip equipment inspections and reporting
• Coordinate with pipe and grading crews and communicate site conditions as they change
WHAT YOU NEED
• 3+ years of bulldozer operation experience in heavy civil construction — required
• Hands-on experience with GPS/grade control systems (Trimble, Topcon, or equivalent)
• Ability to read construction drawings and interpret grade stakes
• WHMIS and current First Aid preferred
